Low blade solidity hydrofoil, recommended for low viscosity blending and solid suspension applications:

 Varying tip chord angle allows for further optimization of mixer selection
  Maximizes flow generation while minimizing fluid shear
 Generates the same flow as a pitched bladed turbine for 60% of the power and 50% of the torque.



AXF-200 – WIDE BLADE HYDROFOIL IMPELLER

High solidity hydrofoil design recommended for high viscosity blending applications:

 High efficiency wide-bladed impeller design with high flow/power ratio
  Improved axial flow at low Reynolds numbers (N re)



AXF – 300 – PROPELLER IMPELLER

Recommended for portable mixer applications where moderate pumping action with powder wetting is required:

 Used for direct drive portable mixer applications
  Superpitch design (1.5 pitch ratio) for greater mixing capabilities
 Generates good axial flow
  Also used for special side entering mixer applications (smelt dissolving)



AXF – 400 – PBT IMPELLER

Recommended for low to medium viscosity blending and solids suspension applications:

 Classic 45 degree pitch blade turbine (PBT) design
  Although replaced by the A510, this impeller is still applicable in cases where some fluid shear is required (e.g., solids make-down and viscous applications)
 Can be customized with varying blade widths and blade.



RXF-100 – CURVE BLADE TURBINE IMPELLER

Recommended for high shear mixing and gas dispersion applications:

 Half pipe shaped blades improve gas handling over the R100 impeller while reducing torque requirements by up to 40%
  Radial design provides shear to achieve good contacting for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid dispersions and emulsions
 Can be customized with varying blade widths and lengths.



RXF-200 – RUSHTON TURBINE IMPELLER

Recommended for high shear mixing and gas dispersion applications:

 Classic 90-degree flat blade turbine design (Rushton impeller)
  Radial design provides shear to achieve good contacting for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid dispersions and emulsions
 Can be customized with varying blade widths and lengths (R101)



RXF-600- COWL DISC IMPELLER

The RXF-600 cowl disc impeller provides high shear rates. It is generally used in conjunction with a high flow impeller in applications involving a combination of blending and a need for physical change created by fluid shear. These Impellers are used typically for High Shear Applications for dispersing the fine solids.



RXF-500- ANCHOR IMPELLER

Two bladed anchor for higher viscosity applications. The two bladed anchor impeller has applications in blending and particularly, heat transfer, where the viscosities range from 10000 to 100000 centipoise. The anchor impeller is the most economical laminar flow impeller. It is the easiest high viscosity impeller onto which scrapers can be mounted for very difficult heat transfer applications.



RXF-800- HELICAL RIBBON IMPELLER

These Impellers are used high viscosity, laminar flow impeller. The central flight effectively pull down material from the surface while the helical ribbon is pumping up. A variety of options in terms of number of flights, pitch and helix are available to suit the specific requirements of the duty. These impellers promote good surface renewal and heat transfer. Generally used for applications where viscosities are greater than 30,000 cp



MG-200- MIG IMPELLER
